Ash Ganasen founded Barberry Holdings and ran it as Managing Director through its first four years before moving into the Chief Financial Officer role, where he oversees group finance and commercial governance.
In 2004 he led a Rio Tinto mandate to move 80 000 tonnes of magnetite a month from Phalaborwa to Matola.
